At this point you want to either guide them to your page. Or go to the page yourself and take down there information. That simply means they give you the information and input the information.

In that case stay on the phone with them until they have completed the form on your page and complete the Google Checkout.
Sage Advice
I advocate using carefully prepared scripts when we do our prospecting, appointment setting, cold calling, and selling by telephone.
Some people bristle at the idea of using a call guide that they believe will inevitably make them sound, pardon the pun, phony.
If you're one of these folks, I have an alternative for you, which blends the best of both worlds. You can sound spontaneous as well as be well prepared and well rehearsed.
Instead of starting your call planning process by jumping right away into scripting, let this be one of the last things you do. For now, think through only the basic flow of ideas, the essentials you want to cover in calls, and focus on what you want to accomplish.
Then follow these two simple steps:
(1) Get out your list of prospects.
(2) Call a whole bunch of them, one after the other.
Purposely script NOTHING. In fact, if you like, make each call sound radically different from the next.
I assure you you'll get these results:
(1) You'll feel a little unprepared.
(2) You'll forget to insert vital information.
(3) You'll fail to completely or to smoothly qualify the intentions and buying capabilities of your prospects.
(4) You'll over-talk when you should be brief, and you'll under-talk when you should elaborate.
(5) You'll wish, more than once, that you could undo that initial call and try again.
Still, despite these drawbacks, you'll garner SOME SUCCESS. The trick is to remember what worked and put that in writing, preserving it, and adding to it, as you get more experience.
What you'll find are the REGULARITIES in what you thought were NON-RECURRING telephone events. A pattern to success will start to emerge, and this will become a skeleton script, to which you can add muscle, later on.
Ultimately, it will do the heavy lifting of persuasion for you as time unfolds.
Most important, you'll come to believe you wrote the script all by yourself; it will be yours and you'll own it and therefore be more likely to keep using it than one that was handed to you by another seller or by a pro, like me.
This is the way to script conversations, "organically," on the fly.
By the way, many salespeople do this, unconsciously. The only problem with that is they seldom think of writing down and refining what works for them. If they did, they'd know what to return to when they're slumping, inexplicably.
Plus, they'd have a template they could systematically improve.
One more thought: Scripting is INEVITABLE. You'll repeat a pattern that will become your script, even if you're adamantly opposed to their use, and you never write your words out.
So the choice isn't really to script or not to script. It's when to script.
Happily, you can decide that for yourself.
